Please ensure you send the Edison Lutheran application to the Edison Lutheran Church office and the Burlington Lutheran application to the Burlington Lutheran Church office. You may email, hand deliver, or mail the application, however, it must be received by April 15 regardless of delivery method. Late applications will not be accepted.
